A mother-child dispute over housing in Nur-Sultan has reached the court, zakon.kz reports.

According to Astana TV, the man left his mother at home. According to the documents, he is a full-fledged owner of real estate. In the past, the house belonged to his mother, that is, his aunt and uncle. They built it with their own hands. The fight continued.

The pensioner lives in a big house with his youngest daughter and son’s family. The eldest son, Batyrkhan, owns the property, according to the documents, and apparently built a warehouse in the yard to do business.

The story of “leave home” began five years ago.

According to lawyer Mikhail Gerasimov, the law is in favor of his son.

He is the owner because he is de jure, and according to the law, he has the right to dispose of his property at will. However, apart from the law, there are sacred notions of morality, morality, family and a loving mother, – he said.

According to the lawyer, the pensioner’s son registered the house in his wife’s name. The man said that he did not evict his mother, but only asked her to move.

He categorically denies that he committed suicide.
