Kazakhstanis are distributing a video showing that a minor child is driving a loader in Mangistau, reports zakon.kz.

The regional police reported that the incident took place in October 2020.

On this fact, the employees of the patrol police of Zhanaozen drew up a protocol on the parent of the minor under Part 5 of Article 612 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Administrative Offenses”. Also, the juvenile affairs officers drew up protocols under Article 127 (Failure to fulfill duties on upbringing and (or) education, protection of the rights and interests of a minor) and Article 128 (Involvement of a minor in the commission of an administrative offense), the regional police told Lada.

The case materials were transferred to the department for the protection of the rights of minors under the akimat of Zhanaozen.
