Vegetarians and vegans, get your greens at Thai Vegan
Thai Vegan, popular with vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike, now has a new and beautiful location in the Nob Hill area of Albuquerque, NM.
The restaurant, which has only been open for a few months, now allows those closer to the university to enjoy the same fine dining that those in Northeast Heights enjoyed at their location.

Thai Vegan offers a wide range of options, from appetizers, salads and a variety of interesting soups to the chef’s specials, curries, wraps and even burgers (soy and tofu). But most people say skip the burgers and opt for something completely different.
There are so many good things to try. The Garden Power Salad is gigantic and a huge favorite. You can’t go wrong with Pad Thai. The fried spring rolls are spot on and the chicken nugget appetizers with red chilli sauce are delicious.
When you think of Thai, noodles and rice might come to mind. But Thai Vegan has plenty of hearty dishes to fill the stomach, like lentil bread, mushroom steak, and pork chop with barbecue sauce and pineapple. Meat lovers don’t have to be afraid to come here.

Those on a budget will like that both lunch and dinner, custom combo meals are available for under $10. There are also children’s menus and takeaways. Keep in mind that Thai Vegan does not serve alcohol.
The service at Thai Vegan is known for being friendly, fast and efficient. The owner was even spotted singing “Happy Birthday” to customers. Chocolate Drizzled Banana Spring Rolls aren’t a bad way to celebrate.
