In Almaty region, a boxing coach hit a teenager reports zakon.kz with reference to the Police Department of the Almaty region.

As reported in the department, on January 26 this year, the duty unit of the Enbekshikazakh district police station received a message about the admission to the hospital of a 16-year-old teenager with a diagnosis of bruised nose bones.

On this fact, a pre-trial investigation was initiated under Art. 107 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Intentional infliction of harm to health of moderate severity”.

As a result of operational-search activities, the police officers of the Enbekshikazakh District Police Department, on suspicion of committing this criminal offense, identified the victim’s 34-year-old coach, who explained that while cleaning the gym, where he works as a boxing coach, a classmate of his students approached him. During the conversation with him, the young man began to communicate rudely, after which the coach, unable to bear it, hit him in the face. Other information in accordance with Art. 201 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the interests of the investigation, was not disclosed.
