According to the inspector of the probation service of the Astana region of Aktobe, Albina Irmagambetova, the registered convict repeatedly violated the order of serving a sentence in the form of restriction of freedom, did not fulfill the duties established by the court for the crime he had committed earlier. For “hiding” the above illegal actions, as well as in order not to deprive him of his freedom, the convict wanted to bribe the probation officer by offering him money in the amount of 30,000 tenge.
