United Arab Emirates will give foreigners the opportunity to obtain citizenship, according to zakon.kz.

Investors, scientists, doctors, artists and inventors will be able to design it, state news agency WAM reports.

Investors, doctors, inventors, scientists, intellectuals, artists and their families will be able to apply for citizenship. Applications will be reviewed by the government and local executive authorities.
