Yulia Navalnaya was released after being arrested in Moscow
Alexey Navalny’s wife, Yulia, was released from the police station after being detained at an unauthorized rally in Moscow. reports zakon.kz.
TASS was informed about this by her lawyer Svetlana Davydova.
She said that a protocol was drawn up against Navalny under Part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code of Russia (“Participation in an unauthorized meeting, rally, demonstration, march or picket that interfered with the functioning of vital facilities, transport or social infrastructure”).
She faces 15 days of administrative arrest.
Navalnaya was released from the police station on an obligation to appear. On Monday, February 1, the Shcherbinsky court will determine her punishment.
The spouse of the oppositionist was detained earlier on January 31 when she was walking to the Matrosskaya Tishina detention center in a column of protesters.
