A resident of Atyrau rented out housing to prostitutes, reports zakon.kz with reference to the official portal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Reportedly, the Atyrau police received a message that girls of easy virtue in a rented apartment receive guests at night.

The message came from neighbors who complained about noise from a rented apartment. According to this report, the district inspectors conducted an inspection, during which they found two citizens of Turkestan engaged in prostitution. The policemen filled in the protocols under Art. 437 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Breaking the silence at night”. The landlord (a resident of Atyrau, born in 1973 – ed.) Was fined 218,775 thousand tenge, according to Art. 450 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Intentional prostitution or provision of premises for engaging in prostitution,” the message says.

In addition, information will be sent to the Department of State Revenues of Atyrau to check the legality of renting an apartment.
