A criminal from Kyzylorda took advantage of the naivety of a pensioner and transferred his money to his account via Internet banking., zakon.kz reports.

According to Polisia.kz, a 65-year-old resident of Kyzylorda filed a complaint to the Kyzylorda Police Department.

In his complaint, he said that his neighbor, a 27-year-old man, used his naivety to transfer 304,000 tenge to his account via Internet banking. Currently, a pre-trial investigation is underway against the suspect under Part 1 of Article 188 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Theft).
